Refund policy
UNDR No-Returns Policy
Last updated: 21 September 2026
At UNDR, our products are intimate apparel designed to come into direct contact with the body. For hygiene, health and safety reasons, UNDR does not accept discretionary returns or exchanges of jelly bras due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, preference, fit, colour preference or simply deciding that you no longer want the product.
All sales are final, except where a return, refund, replacement or other remedy is required by applicable South African law.
This policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (“CPA”), the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (“ECT Act”), and any other applicable South African legislation.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or waives any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or waived.
1. No Change-of-Mind Returns
Because UNDR jelly bras are intimate products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases or customer preference.
This includes, but is not limited to:
-
Change of mind;
-
Incorrect size selected by the customer;
-
The customer selecting a size that does not fit as expected;
-
The customer ordering the wrong size;
-
Incorrect colour selected by the customer;
-
The customer deciding that they do not like the colour;
-
The customer no longer wanting the product;
-
The product not fitting according to the customer's personal preference;
-
The customer changing their mind after placing an order;
-
The customer finding the product unsuitable based solely on personal preference; or
-
Any other reason that does not give rise to a statutory consumer remedy.
UNDR will not exchange or refund a jelly bra solely because the customer selected the incorrect size or because the product does not fit the customer as expected.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the size guide, product description and product information before placing an order.
2. Hygiene
For health and hygiene reasons, UNDR cannot accept discretionary returns or exchanges of jelly bras that have been opened, worn, fitted against the body, washed, used or otherwise handled in a manner that makes them unsuitable for resale.
This hygiene policy does not remove or restrict any statutory rights that apply where a product is defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not comply with applicable consumer-protection law.
Where a statutory right to return applies, UNDR will handle the matter in accordance with the applicable law.
3. Defective or Unsafe Products
Although UNDR operates a strict no-returns policy for change-of-mind purchases, this does not affect statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where goods fail to satisfy the applicable requirements and standards under South African consumer law, the consumer may have statutory remedies, including the right to return qualifying defective, unsafe or non-conforming goods within the applicable statutory period.
If you believe your product is defective, please contact UNDR as soon as reasonably possible and provide:
-
Your order number;
-
A description of the problem; and
-
Clear photographs or videos showing the alleged defect.
UNDR may reasonably assess the product and the circumstances surrounding the alleged defect before determining the appropriate remedy.
A defect does not ordinarily include damage caused after delivery through misuse, negligence, improper washing, improper storage, excessive force, alteration, accident, or failure to follow the product's care instructions, to the extent permitted by law.
Where a statutory remedy applies, UNDR will provide the remedy required by applicable South African law.
4. Incorrect Product Supplied
If UNDR sends you a product that is materially different from the product you ordered, please contact us.
Where the incorrect supply is confirmed, UNDR will provide the remedy required by applicable South African law.
This does not include a situation where UNDR supplied the size or colour that the customer selected at checkout, but the customer subsequently decides that the selected size or colour is unsuitable.
5. Products Damaged Before or During Delivery
If your product arrives damaged, please contact UNDR as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs of the product and packaging.
UNDR will assess the issue and, where applicable, provide the remedy required by South African law.
Please retain the original packaging until the matter has been resolved.
6. Online Consumer Rights
Nothing in this no-returns policy removes any statutory cancellation or cooling-off right that applies to an online transaction under the ECT Act or any other applicable legislation.
Where a consumer is legally entitled to cancel an electronic transaction, UNDR will process the cancellation in accordance with the applicable law.
7. Proof of Purchase and Assessment
UNDR may request reasonable proof that the product was purchased directly from UNDR, including an order number, order confirmation or payment confirmation.
Where a customer alleges that a product is defective, damaged or otherwise gives rise to a statutory remedy, UNDR may request reasonable information, photographs or videos necessary to assess the claim.
Submitting a claim does not automatically mean that a return, replacement or refund will be approved.
8. Refunds
Where a refund is required by applicable law, the refund will generally be processed using the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider procedures and South African law.
Where no statutory refund or cancellation right applies, UNDR will not provide a refund for a change-of-mind purchase, incorrect size selection, incorrect colour selection, dissatisfaction with fit, personal preference or simply deciding that the product is no longer wanted.
9. No Waiver of Statutory Rights
This policy is not intended to exclude or limit any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Where any provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory provision of South African law, the applicable law will prevail.
