UNDR Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last updated: 24 September 2026
At UNDR, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the following shipping information before placing your order.
1. Delivery Time
All UNDR orders are shipped using Aramex Store-to-Door delivery.
Our estimated delivery time is:
8–11 business days
Delivery times are calculated in business days and exclude weekends and South African public holidays.
The estimated delivery period begins once your order has been processed and handed over to the courier.
Please note that the 8–11 business day period is an estimated delivery timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery date, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you.
2. Order Processing
Orders may require processing time before being handed to the courier.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you may receive tracking information where tracking is available.
Please ensure that the delivery address and contact information provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
UNDR cannot be responsible for delivery difficulties caused by an incorrect, incomplete or incorrectly entered delivery address supplied by the customer, to the extent permitted by law.
3. Courier Delays
UNDR uses Aramex Store-to-Door as its delivery service provider.
Once an order has been correctly dispatched to the courier, delivery may occasionally take longer than the estimated 8–11 business days due to circumstances outside UNDR's reasonable control.
These circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
-
Courier network delays;
-
High courier volumes;
-
Severe weather;
-
Road closures or transport disruptions;
-
Public holidays;
-
Natural disasters;
-
Strikes or industrial action;
-
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer;
-
Failed delivery attempts;
-
Security-related disruptions;
-
Unexpected logistical problems; or
-
Other events beyond UNDR's reasonable control.
UNDR is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond UNDR's reasonable control, provided that this does not limit or exclude any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.
4. Delivery Estimates
The 8–11 business day timeframe is an estimate only.
UNDR does not guarantee that every order will arrive within exactly 8–11 business days because the final delivery process is performed by the courier.
A courier delay does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund or cancellation where UNDR has complied with its legal obligations.
However, nothing in this policy limits any rights a consumer may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, or other applicable South African law.
5. Tracking
Where tracking information is available, it will be provided to the customer using the contact details supplied when placing the order.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring that they are available to receive the delivery.
If tracking indicates that delivery has been attempted, the customer may need to contact the courier or follow the courier's instructions to arrange delivery.
6. Incorrect Delivery Information
Please carefully check your delivery information before completing your order.
UNDR is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from:
-
An incorrect address;
-
An incomplete address;
-
An incorrect postal code;
-
An incorrect telephone number;
-
An incorrect email address; or
-
The customer failing to provide information reasonably required for delivery.
Where permitted by law, any additional courier costs resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer may be the customer's responsibility.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to complete delivery because nobody is available, the address is inaccessible, the delivery information is incorrect, or for another reason attributable to the customer, the courier may make further delivery arrangements in accordance with its own procedures.
UNDR cannot guarantee the number of delivery attempts made by the courier.
8. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking information indicates that your parcel has
